UX Research - Primary questionnaire
The main goal of this research study is to gain actionable and testable insights into users’ needs, goals and motivations. To gain at least a fairly decent idea of what is going on in the field and identify gaps for a product opportunity.

A key constrain in our Research was to get direct access to seafarers as the nature of their work is contractual and not full time employees. This made finding end-user insights into the challenges of daily work had potential breaches in policy and confidentiality.

Key Points - • We need Facts + Evidence NOT Assumptions + guesses
• We will try to uncover the ‘bigger picture’ without being biased to our current solution. • Eventually, we will bring together our knowledge of the user, business goals and tech possibilities to create an iterative plan for the Product solution based on certain hypothesis.
